We perform complete chart
audits of patients who are currently receiving
rehabilitation services. The charts are audited
for content of rehabilitation and nursing notes.
The charts are also audited for technical components
to assure accurate billing. We select 25 percent
of charts at random each month and provide you
with a report of the findings.
